Educational Background
Mr. Wooster of Wooster & Wooster LLP is a graduate of Hofstra University, where he received his B.A. cum
laude with high honors in Economics. He received his J.D. degree
cum laude from Fordham University. While at Fordham University, Mr. Wooster was a member of the Fordham Law Review, a scholarly publication whose members are selected from the student body and is considered one of the highest academic honors at the school.
Mr. Wooster would go on to become a faculty member at
the Hofstra University School of Business and has, on occasion, lectured to CPA's for their continuing education requirements through the Chaykin's Institute.
Mr. Wooster has published numerous articles in trade journals, including articles on shareholder and partnership agreements, as well as on the purchase and sale of businesses that were part of a joint project of the American Bar Association Small Business Subcommittee and the Small Business Administration, which were distributed by the Small Business Development Centers throughout the country. Mr. Wooster has also lectured to professional and trade groups and has been interviewed by the popular radio program "Learning About the Law".
